Chain Mechanism: This offer includes a Roman blind with a chain mechanism. You will be able to easily and comfortably adjust the height of the Roman blind. We order the mechanism from a proven Polish manufacturer of premium quality.

Installation types: You can attach the Roman blind by drilling into the wall or ceiling. You can also use special brackets without drilling to fix the mechanism of the Roman blind to the window frame. Please select the type of installation for the Roman blind when ordering.

Installation:

Without Installation: You will receive the mechanism and the blind separately. You will need to attach the blind to the mechanism yourself following the instructions in our blog.
With Installation: The blind comes fully assembled and attached to the mechanism. Only wall, ceiling, or window frame installation is required.

We offer Roman shades with a chain mechanism that can be mounted on the wall or ceiling by drilling. Additionally, you can attach this mechanism to the window frame without drilling. What is the shrinkage of a linen Roman shade after washing?

We always pre-wash the linen fabric before sewing the Roman shade to prevent shrinkage after washing.

Can I order Roman blinds without a mechanism?

Yes, you can order just the Roman blind without the mechanism. Remember that a blind without a mechanism does not come with internal curtain components, a weight, and rods for tunnels, but you can order these items from us additionally. We recommend clarifying these issues before ordering.

Delivery

We can deliver orders worldwide. If your country is not on the list, please send us an inquiry.

We reserve the right to refuse the production of an order if we foresee potential delivery difficulties, such as the size being too large and couriers refusing to transport such orders. In such a case, we will notify the customer.

Cost of Delivery

Shipping costs depend on the region and the weight of the package. The maximum weight of a package is 10 kg. If your order weighs more than 10 kg, it will be shipped in multiple packages. In this case, the shipping costs will be added up for each package. You can view the shipping costs in this table (all prices are in Euros including VAT):

Shipping cost for Roman Blinds

Shipping costs for Roman blinds with a mechanism depend on the size of the blind. Often, we ship Roman blinds in two packages. In this case, you will receive two tracking numbers.

How to Calculate the Shipping Costs for Roman Blinds:

For blinds with a width from 115 cm to 170 cm

Shipping cost = Price for a standard package to your region + 10 EUR

For blinds with a width from 170 cm to 195 cm

Shipping cost = Price for a standard package to your region + 20 EUR

For blinds with a width from 200 cm to 245 cm

Shipping cost = Price for a standard package to your region + 35 EUR

Fabric samples are sent without a tracking number. The delivery time is 5-15 working days.

Delivery Time (except for custom-made products)

The delivery time for ready-made products is:

3-5 days to Germany
3-5 days to Poland
5-10 days to Austria
1-2 weeks in other EU countries
Approximately 1 month worldwide

If you do not receive your order within this time frame, please check the status of your package with the tracking number or contact us.

If the shipment cannot be delivered to your home, it will be redirected to a parcel station. It will be stored there for about 2 weeks. During this time, you can pick up the shipment. If you do not pick up the package within this period, it will unfortunately be returned to the sender.

Fabric samples are sent without a tracking number. The delivery time is 5-15 working days.

Delivery Time for Custom-Made Products

The delivery time for custom-made products consists of the production time and the shipping time. The production time, which is specified on the product page of each item, must be added to the shipping time.

The shipping time for custom-made products is:

5-10 days to Austria
1-2 weeks to other EU countries
Approximately 1 month worldwide

As we tailor these orders specifically for the customer, the production and internal logistics require additional time. We ship the package as quickly as possible, and sometimes a shorter delivery time is achievable. If you need the items urgently, please contact us.

Please note:

For larger orders of curtains, Roman blinds, and bedding (more than 4 items), the production time may be proportionally extended based on the quantity of items ordered.

We recommend contacting us in advance for larger orders to confirm the estimated delivery time.

Order tracking

We use the services of trusted carriers such as DPD, DHL, German Post, Austrian Post, Polish Post, and some other reliable local couriers. After your order is shipped, you will receive an informational email with the tracking number for your package and the carrier's name.

Please note: All fabric samples are sent without tracking numbers.

Returns (except custom-made orders)

You can return your order within 30 days. Once we receive the return and verify that the item is unused and undamaged, we will refund your payment and shipping costs within 14 days. Please inform us via email at alemiragroup@gmail.com before returning the item to ensure a quick refund.

Please include the order or invoice number or your full name (as used in the order) in the return documentation, so we can quickly identify your order and process the refund within 14 days. The address label on the package is often damaged and illegible, so we ask you to include the return information inside the package. Without this information, the identification process can be significantly delayed. If you do not receive the payment within 14 days of the return, please contact us via email at alemiragroup@gmail.com and let us know.

If the item is damaged, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund. We do not cover the return shipping costs.

Returns for custom-made orders

No Returns for Custom-Made Products

Returns for custom-made products are not accepted. All custom orders are individually made for each customer. It is unlikely that custom-made products with special sizes will fit another buyer.

Verification of Measurements before Ordering

Please carefully check the measurements provided when ordering custom-made products. Incorrect measurements can result in products that do not fit and cannot be returned.

Correction of Defects

If the received custom-made products have defects or defects become visible during use, we will correct these defects free of charge. For example, if curtains or tablecloths become too short after washing. In such cases, we will cover the transportation costs.

Changes after Receiving the Goods

If you wish to make changes to the custom-made products after receiving them, these will be done at an additional cost. In this case, we do not cover the transportation costs. Please note that such changes are chargeable and may take additional time.

Recommendation to Order Fabric Samples

We recommend our customers to order fabric samples before placing an order for custom-made products. This helps to avoid possible misunderstandings regarding the color and texture of the fabric.

Communication in Case of Defects

If you find any defects, please contact us immediately with a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the defects. This allows us to find a solution quickly and efficiently.

Transportation Costs for Defects

If defects are found and a return or adjustment is required, we will cover all associated transportation costs.

Can I get fabric samples before placing an order?

Yes, of course. You can get a free fabric sample for each made-to-order item. On the product page, below the “Add to Cart” button, there is a “Order Sample for Free” button. Add the desired samples to your cart and complete the order. The delivery of the sample costs 3.9 euros. Delivery time is approximately 5-10 days. If the offer includes several curtain colors, please specify the colors of the fabric samples you are interested in.

Do you wash the fabric before sewing?

We only wash the fabric before sewing Roman blinds.

As a rule, our tailor calculates the necessary length of the curtain considering shrinkage. You will receive a curtain slightly longer, and after the first wash, the curtain will have the required length.

You can order an additional washing service (the price of the service is listed on the product page). In this case, the tailor will sew the curtain, wash it, and hem the bottom edge of the curtain according to the size you specified.
