Drilling-free window or door frame installation of your Roman blinds: this is how

To install Roman blinds without drilling into a window or door frame, a set of special elements is used. The set includes element A (attached to the window frame), element B - a standard curtain rod attachment element, and mounting bolts C. Elements A and B are joined together with bolts C as shown in figure 2.

The assembled mounting elements need to be secured to the window frame using a key.

It is recommended to place these elements symmetrically from the center of the window and about 8-10 cm from the presumed edges of the mechanism.

Next, the mechanisms need to be opened, the rod installed, and the mechanisms closed (some effort may be required).

Afterwards, carefully remove the protective tape on the mechanism's hook-and-loop fastener. Now you can attach your Roman blinds to that hook-and-loop fastener. Further details on how to install the Roman blinds onto the mechanism can be found in this article.
