The Lesna linen curtain in deep blue tones is custom-made from 100% premium linen (260 g/m²). Its natural texture and rich colour depth bring calm, clarity and an elegant atmosphere to any interior.
The colour range includes two shades:
Dark Blue – a clean, saturated blue with a calm and classic character.
Midnight Blue – a deeper, night-inspired shade with a soft, velvety intensity.
The product photos show the Midnight Blue version.
- Curtains wider than 140 cm (55 in)
Please note that curtains wider than 140 cm (55 in) include a vertical seam. The fabric width is 150 cm (59 in), so 140 cm (55 in) is the maximum seamless width.
A curtain measuring 200 cm (79 in) will have one vertical seam.
A curtain measuring 300 cm (118 in) will have two vertical seams.
You can choose from four types of pleat tape, each with a gathering ratio between 1.5 and 2. Please calculate the required curtain width using the following formula:
Length of your curtain rod × Gathering Ratio ÷ Number of curtains = Required curtain width
Example: 300 cm curtain rod × 2 gathering ratio ÷ 2 curtains = 300 cm curtain width per curtain.
- Pleat Tape With or Without a Header
Please select whether you prefer pleat tape with a header or without a header. In the image gallery, you can see the difference:
– Without a header, the pleat tape is sewn directly to the top edge of the curtain.
– With a header, the tape is sewn at a defined distance from the top edge.
If you are unsure whether you need a header, please choose the “with header” option. We will contact you to request the additional measurements and determine whether a header is required and which height it should have.
We make each curtain slightly longer to account for the natural shrinkage of linen. Every fabric batch is tested to ensure size accuracy. After the first wash, your curtains will reach their final dimensions. If you prefer pre-washed curtains, simply choose the “Extra Washing” option.
Colours may vary depending on screen settings, and fabric typically appears slightly darker when hung at the window. We strongly recommend ordering free fabric samples to confirm the colour, texture and density before placing your custom order.

How to determine the width of the curtain?
The width of the curtain is determined by the length of the rod and the fullness ratio.
A fullness ratio of 1:1 means that the width of the curtain is equal to the length of the rod. In its extended form, the curtain will be absolutely flat without any pleats, which may not look very appealing. If you want to have light pleats on the extended curtain, we recommend a fullness ratio of 1:1.5. With this ratio, the width of the curtain will be 1.5 times greater than the length of your rod.
If you are ordering a curtain or a drape with tape, we recommend consulting with us.
How to determine the length of the curtain with a rod pocket or tab tops?
Please write the distance from the top of the curtain rod to the floor or to the desired bottom of the curtain. Remember to include 2 cm for a hygiene gap.
How to determine the length of the curtain with tape?
Please write the distance from the top of the curtain rod to the floor. There is no need to account for a hygienic gap. The curtain with tape will be raised 3 cm above the floor. If you wish to hang the curtain using rings and hidden clips, please write to us about it, and we will ask you for the necessary information and calculate the required length of the curtain ourselves.
How to determine the length of the curtain with tie tops?
The tie tops are not included in the total length of the curtain. The length of the curtain is the length of the fabric excluding the length of the tie tops. We make tie tops 30-40 cm for curtains. You can write the desired length of the tie tops in the comments section of the product.
If you have any questions about determining the length of the curtain, write to us and we will help you.
How to determine the length of the curtain considering fabric shrinkage?
Please always specify the required length of the curtain without considering fabric shrinkage. Our tailor will calculate the necessary length of the curtain considering the shrinkage. You will receive a curtain slightly longer, and after the first wash, the curtain will have the required length. We always try to sew exactly to the client's dimensions, but there can be a margin of error of about 2 cm, especially for larger items.
You can order an additional washing service (the price of the service is indicated on the product page). In this case, the tailor will sew the curtain, wash it, and hem the bottom edge of the curtain according to the size you specified. This will ensure the greatest accuracy in size.
We make the bottom edge of the curtain 10 cm. If the curtain shrinks during use, we will lengthen or shorten it for free. We bear all the transport costs in this case.
What does the Additional Washing service mean?
When ordering the Additional Washing service, the tailor will sew the curtain, wash it, and hem the bottom edge of the curtain according to the size you specified. This ensures the greatest accuracy in size. This is a paid service.
For Roman blinds, we always wash the fabric before starting to sew (this service is included in the sewing cost).
What types of curtain tape do you offer?
We use a universal cotton curtain tape that is suitable for both curtain rods and tracks. You can see a photo of the curtain tape in the gallery on the product page or request it from us.
Upon individual request, we can use other types of curtain tapes. You can send us a photo of the desired curtain tape.
Can I get fabric samples before placing an order?
Yes, of course. You can get a free fabric sample for each made-to-order item. On the product page, below the “Add to Cart” button, there is a “Order Sample for Free” button. Add the desired samples to your cart and complete the order. The delivery of the sample costs 3.9 euros. Delivery time is approximately 5-10 days. If the offer includes several curtain colors, please specify the colors of the fabric samples you are interested in.
Do you wash the fabric before sewing?
We only wash the fabric before sewing Roman blinds.
As a rule, our tailor calculates the necessary length of the curtain considering shrinkage. You will receive a curtain slightly longer, and after the first wash, the curtain will have the required length.
You can order an additional washing service (the price of the service is listed on the product page). In this case, the tailor will sew the curtain, wash it, and hem the bottom edge of the curtain according to the size you specified.
How to determine the width of the curtain?
The curtain tape has special cords. When the cords are pulled, the tape gathers, and even, beautiful pleats are formed on the curtain.
We use a curtain tape with a gathering factor of 1:1.8. You can create pleats manually or using the tape. Remember that when creating pleats with the tape, from a curtain with a width of 140 cm, you will get a pleated curtain with a width of 78 cm.
When manually creating pleats, you can adjust the width of the curtain to your taste.
What if my curtains became too short or too long after washing?
If the error occurred due to our fault, for example, if we miscalculated the shrinkage of the curtain and it became too short or too long after washing, we will correct the mistake free of charge and cover all transportation costs.
