We process your order within 24 hours after receiving your order in working days.
We send your order within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment. Usually we already try to send the order the next working day.
We have any questions about the order, we contact our customer for a specification by e-mail. Check your e-mail, please!
If you have any requests about the order, you can let us know by a notice during the order filling, for example: "please, send the order as soon as possible!". We aleays make efforts to help our customers.

We can deliver your order in any place in the world.
We divided 4 delivery zones for easier calculation of a delivery price.

3 Zone - Rest of Europe
4 Zone - Israel, Australia, Brazil, China, Japan, Canada, Saudi Arabia, USA, United Arab Emirates
We use a service of DHL and Deutche Post for delivery for most of our orders. All shipments have its own number for better tracking. Customers can track the status of their order in their personal account on our site or in a special section of the website of the carrier.

2. Price of order delivery
A price of a delivery depends on a delivery country and a weight of shipment. If the weight of your order is more then allowable weight according to a table, we will send your order in parts.

3. Time limits of an order delivery
All shippings are sent in standard packages DHL. All time limits of these shippings are displayed.

If you have not received the delivery in the displayed time, contact our Customer Service, please. We always help customers to solve occasional problems connected with a delivery!
1. You can return your order within 30 days
Satisfaction of all our customers is really important to us. You can return goods withing 14 days from a moment of receiving it without explaining the reasons. After receiving the goods back we check the conditions of it. If the item is not corrupted or used, we will return your payment within 3 working days.
Let us know about your claim by e-mail before you will send the goods back.

If the item is corrupted, we will reduce a part of a refund.
We do not refund the price of a back delivery of the order.
2. You have received incorrect or damaged goods
In this case, let us know about it within 3 working days, please. We will replace the item and compensate the price of its back delivery.
3. The order has not been delivered because of the customer fault
It the order has not been delivered because of the customer fault, e.g. it was filled the wrong address or the customer was not at home in the time of the delivery and the order has not been picked up from a dispensing center within 14 days. In this case we can ask the customer to pay additional cost for the second order delivery. After an agreement with the customer we can refund the payment of the customer with a calculation of the transport cost.
